Privacy at BoxWho.
This page explains what information BoxWho collects when you use this website, why it is collected and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this site only, not the individual brand websites you reach from here.
What we collect
- Your email address if you join the BoxWho mailing list, together with the date you gave consent and where on the site you signed up.
- Your name, email address and message if you send a message through the contact form, along with the subject you selected.
- Your name, email address, shipping details and the pieces you selected if you send a collection enquiry, so that we can reply about sizes, prices and availability.
- Your shopping bag, which is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us.
We do not take card or bank details on this site. Buying happens on each label's own website, and that site's own privacy policy applies from the moment you follow the link.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer what you have asked us, to send the mailing list messages you opted in to, and to understand which pages, films and pieces people are most interested in. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Storage and retention
Messages and enquiries are kept in the site's own records, accessible only to BoxWho, and are held for as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of the conversation. Newsletter details are kept until you ask to be removed.
Links to other sites
BoxWho connects to the clothing labels BoxHard, BoxFear, BoxBad, BoxKult and BoxBrave, and to the REPZ brands, along with video and social platforms. Once you follow one of those links you are on a third party's site and their own privacy terms apply.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can leave the mailing list at any time. Send the request through the contact form and we will act on it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page. Nothing here changes your rights under the data protection law that applies where you live.
